研究了使用Nd…YAG激光切割牌号为GH3128的高温合金钢过程中的工艺参数。采用正交法进行了18次试验。研究了影响激光切割质量的因素,包括氧气气压、离焦量、加工速度、输入电流、脉宽、频率及误差项。观测切割后的挂渣厚度、切缝宽度,并得到综合评价结果;采用直观分析法分析了各个工艺参数对切割质量的影响程度,得到最优工艺参数,并根据最优工艺参数进行验证试验。采用方差分析法分析了各个因素之间的交互作用及区组间差异,并研究交互作用及区组间差异对切割质量的影响。结果表明,正交法可以优化挂渣厚度和综合评价,但对切缝宽度无优化作用。
The process parameters of high temperature alloyed steel GH3128 using Nd ... YAG laser were studied. Orthogonal test was conducted 18 times. The factors influencing the laser cutting quality were studied, including oxygen pressure, defocus amount, processing speed, input current, pulse width, frequency and error term. The dregs thickness and the width of the slits after cutting were observed and the comprehensive evaluation results were obtained. The influence degree of each process parameter on the cutting quality was analyzed by the visual analysis method, the optimum process parameters were obtained, and the verification test was carried out according to the optimal process parameters. The variance analysis method was used to analyze the interaction between each factor and the differences between the groups, and to study the interaction and the influence of the differences between the groups on the cutting quality. The results show that the orthogonal method can optimize the dross thickness and comprehensive evaluation, but no effect on the kerf width.
