近年来,因纳税人“走逃”而导致国家税款流失的情况时有发生。江苏省高邮市国家税务局根据本地税情,梳理分析,将纳税人“走逃”的原因进行了分类。经营管理不善是纳税人“走逃”的主要原因。数据显示,高邮市2012~2013年“走逃”的253户纳税人中,40%以上是因生产经营管理不善,大部分纳税人不到税务部门注销涉税证件,直接关闭经营场所。 In recent years, taxpayers “flee ” and led to the loss of state taxes have occurred.
