Humans benefit from five senses, namely auditory, visual, tactile and gravitational sensitivity, smell and taste. The three senses of hearing, sight, touch and gravity sensitivity led to the formation of the art of music, painting and sculpture. These art are classified and formed by the times, schools, composers, painters and sculptors. They are also subordinated to the five continents and their different cultures and have distinctive features. These works of art are usually monitored and protected in the marketplace. The sense of smell and taste are more associated with the two functional organs. Mouth, nose, breathing, talking and eating and drinking. In the evolution of mankind, they partially lost their sensory function. Most of us are “disabled” with sense of smell and taste. How many people can find in their memories the smell of milk or fresh sawdust or grass? The human effort to recognize and appreciate the taste and smell has given rise to the peculiar Food, these foods usually have the name of their origin. In this way, origin has gradually become a symbol of quality food.
