为了适应公司发展,吉林油田大力实施人才培训工程,逐步打破相对封闭、单一的培训体制,在实现培训规模化、系统化、多样化上下工夫,初步形成了具有吉林油田特色的人才培训模式。
In order to adapt to the development of the Company, Jilin Oilfield vigorously implemented the personnel training project and gradually broken down a relatively closed and single training system. The training scale, systematization and diversification of training efforts were completed and the training pattern featuring Jilin Oilfield was initially formed.
