用免疫组织化学ABC法,观察24例人胚胎绒毛滋养层基膜和羊膜基膜某些抗原成分。结果表明:羊膜基膜从第11周开始出现VII型胶原、BM165抗原GB3抗原;而滋养层基膜始终未出现上述抗原。二者基膜成分差别很大,但羊膜基膜与皮肤基膜成分非常类似。据此,羊膜的外胚层起源得以证实。通过检测绒毛滋养层基膜抗原早期诊断大性表皮松解症也许不可能。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to observe the antigenic components of 24 human embryonic villus trophoblast basal lamina and amniotic membrane. The results showed that the amniotic basement membrane began to exhibit type VII collagen and BM165 antigen GB3 antigen from the 11th week, while the antigen was not found in the basement membrane of the trophoblast. Basement membrane composition between the two very different, but the amniotic membrane and skin basement membrane composition is very similar. Accordingly, the origin of amnion ectoderm was confirmed. It may not be possible to diagnose major cutaneous epidermolysis by detecting the basement membrane antigen of the trophoblast.
