首次用体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对7种菊花进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性筛选,并与阳性对照药阿卡波糖进行了比较。初筛中,7种菊花的21个提取物中有15个提取物的抑制率高于阿卡波糖(55.63%);复筛后,有14个提取物的活性高于阿卡波糖(IC50=1081.27mg/L)。其中,白玉带的石油醚提取物活性最好(IC50=92.43mg/L),其次为冷艳乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=164.99mg/L)和春日剑山石油醚提取物(IC50=272.64mg/L)。该文报道工作的新颖性已为河南大学图书馆2008年8月17日出具的第CX2008006号《科技查新报告》所证实。
For the first time, α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of 7 chrysanthemums was screened by in vitro α-glucosidase inhibition model and compared with the positive control drug acarbose. In the preliminary screening, 15 of the 21 extracts of seven chrysanthemums exhibited higher inhibitory rates than acarbose (55.63%). After the second screening, the activity of 14 extracts was higher than that of acarbose IC50 = 1081.27 mg / L). Among them, the petroleum ether extract of white jade belts had the best activity (IC50 = 92.43mg / L), followed by cold ethyl acetate extract (IC50 = 164.99mg / L) and spring jiangyan petroleum ether extract (IC50 = 272.64 mg / L). The novelty of the work reported in this paper has been confirmed by the Science and Technology Report No. CX2008006 issued by the Henan University Library on August 17, 2008.
