研究了两种12Cr不锈钢板材热轧态显微组织特征和在不同腐蚀介质中浸泡腐蚀特征之间的关系。结果表明,含34.6%马氏体的F2钢在4种腐蚀介质中的腐蚀质量损失均高于单一铁素体的F1钢,尤其是在6%FeCl3溶液中,F2钢表现为在马氏体处优先腐蚀,而F1钢为均匀腐蚀。综合分析表明,试验用钢的腐蚀特征由马氏体组织所致。
The relationship between hot-rolled microstructure characteristics and immersion corrosion characteristics in two corrosive media of two 12Cr stainless steel sheets was studied. The results show that the corrosion loss of F2 steel containing 34.6% martensite is higher than that of single ferrite F1 steel in four corrosive media, especially in 6% FeCl3 solution. Corrosion priority, while the F1 steel is uniform corrosion. Comprehensive analysis shows that the corrosion characteristics of the test steel caused by the martensite.
