用高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗肿瘤近年来受到越来越多的关注。目前已有的HIFU肿瘤治疗仪采用的是湿式设计,将病灶部位浸入水槽内,探头由下至上进行治疗。这样不仅不方便且对一些特殊部位——如颈部无法进行治疗。文章介绍的HIFU肿瘤治疗仪成功采用干式设计,将探头放入一水囊内,由上至下经水囊耦合对病灶区进行治疗,增加了对控制系统的控制精度、速度与可靠性的要求。文章首次设计了一块DSP电路板作为可独立运行的HIFU前端控制器,在该板上集成了控制步进电机、脉冲编码器、超声功率放大器及实时控制策略运算等HIFU肿瘤治疗所有控制功能。DSP板可通过RS232接口与后端PC主机通讯,并经过光电隔离、电平转换后与步进电机等外围器件连接。该仪器已通过了功能测定,并已进行了离体试验,测定与试验结果令人满意。
