已有研究表明,高压氧治疗可减轻缺血时脑细胞凋亡,但急性期高压氧暴露可致使自由基大量生成.牛磺酸为脑保护剂,具有抗自由基作用.二者联合应用能否进一步减轻缺血时脑组织损伤尚未见报道.作者采用病理及组织化学方法,探讨沙土鼠亚致死性脑缺血再灌流期,高压氧合并牛磺酸对沙土鼠脑细胞的保护作用.
