提高叶轮机械叶片的升阻比,是改进叶轮机械气动性能的重要途径。该文给出了一种提高叶栅叶片的升阻比新措施,即采用加大叶片局部粗糙度来提高叶片的升阻比。实验研究证实这种方法确实有效。用数值计算方法求解了N-S方程,用改变局部湍流粘性μτ去模拟贴粗糙片所引起的μτ的变化。结果表明:对这种叶栅叶片表面贴粗糙带的方法能够达到提高2%升阻比的效果。
Improving the lift-drag ratio of impeller blades is an important way to improve the aerodynamic performance of impeller. In this paper, a new measure to improve the ratio of lift to drag of the blade is given, which is to increase the ratio of lift to drag by increasing the local roughness of the blade. Experimental studies confirm that this method is indeed effective. The N-S equation was solved numerically and the variation of μτ caused by the local turbulent viscosity μτ was simulated to simulate the sticking of the rough sheet. The results show that the method of improving the 2% lift-drag ratio can be achieved by applying the method of roughening the surface of the cascade blade.
