以明胶和海藻酸钠(SA)为原料制备了复合微球,并对微球性能进行了研究。结果表明:微球干燥速率先快后慢,随着温度的升高,微球干燥较快且容易达到平衡;混合溶液滴入氯化钙溶液中会迅速成球,0.5h内凝胶化速率变化较大,随后速率变化减小,2h后凝胶化速率几乎保持不变;微球载药量越高,释放速率越快;在中性环境中,微球释放药物的速率很快,迅速达到平衡;在酸性环境中,微球的释药速率缓慢。
