在建筑行业激烈的竞争环境下,建筑施工企业在市场发展占据一定地位的关键是应用较少的施工成本获得较大的社会经济效益。但是现阶段一些施工企业的财务成本控制管理存在一些问题,这些问题的存在制约了企业成本合理应用发展。文章在分析新时期建筑施工企业财务成本管理存在的问题的基础上,为如何完善建筑施工企业财务成本管理进行分析。
Under the intense competitive environment in the construction industry, the key to the construction enterprises occupying a certain position in the market is to obtain greater social and economic benefits by using less construction costs. However, there are some problems in the control and management of the financial cost of some construction enterprises at this stage, and the existence of these problems has restricted the development of the reasonable application of the enterprise cost. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in financial cost management of construction enterprises in the new era, the article analyzes how to perfect the financial cost management of construction enterprises.
