长春露天人工冰场位于吉林省长春市南岭体育场运动区内,规模包括一座速滑场(三条跑道)和一座冰球场及其相适应的制冷、贮氨、供电和冷却水等设施。每年3至5月和9至11月共六个月为冰场开放时间。制冷方式的选择露天人工冰场采用氨液直接冷却方式(用氨泵循环制冷)具有投资省,设备少、节约日常电耗、系统操作方便和冰面温度均匀等优点,在经济上和技术上都是合理可行的。问题是必须保证管道的焊接质量,避免氨渗漏。
The Changchun Open Air Artificial Ice Arena is located in the sports area of Nanling Stadium in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The scale includes a speed skating field (three runways) and an ice hockey rink with its appropriate facilities for refrigeration, storage of ammonia, power supply and cooling water. A total of six months each year from March to May and from September to November is the opening hours of the ice rink. The choice of cooling method Open-air artificial ice rink adopts direct cooling method of ammonia liquid (circulating cooling with ammonia pump). It has the advantages of investment, less equipment, saving daily electricity consumption, convenient system operation and even ice surface temperature, etc., economically and technically. It is reasonable and feasible. The problem is to ensure the welding quality of the pipeline and avoid ammonia leakage.
