目的:探讨强制饮食干预对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者病情的控制效果。方法:选择2010年5月~2011年5月来我院就诊的肥胖型糖尿病患者96例,随机分为对照组(48例)与观察组(48例),观察组患者采取强制超低热量饮食,对照组患者自行控制饮食,对比分析两组患者FBG、PBG、HBAIC及BMI指标。结果:两组患者干预后空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及体重指数与干预前比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);且两组干预后各项指标比较观察组均显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:强化饮食干预对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者血糖和体重指数的控制具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compulsive diet intervention on the condition of obese type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 96 obese diabetic patients who came to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the control group (48 cases) and the observation group (48 cases). The patients in the observation group were forced to eat low calorie diet The patients in the control group controlled their diet on their own, and compared the FBG, PBG, HBAIC and BMI in the two groups. Results: The fasting and postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index after intervention in both groups were significantly different from those before intervention (P <0.05). The indexes in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group , With statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Intensive diet intervention has a positive effect on the control of blood glucose and body mass index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is worthy of clinical application.
