目的 探讨天普洛安 (UTI)在肺移植中对供肺的保护作用。方法 建立兔的肺移植模型 ,分对照组 (Ⅰ组 ,n =6) ,缺血前 3 0minUTI 0 6万U/kg组 (Ⅱ组 ,n =6) ,缺血前 3 0minUTI 1 2万U/kg组 (Ⅲ组 ,n =6) ,缺血前 3 0min及再灌注初分别给药UTI1 2万U/kg组 (Ⅳ组 ,n =6)。于夹闭左肺门前和开放左肺门 3 0min后 ,分别取左、右房血行血细胞计数 ,并于缺血前及再灌注后 2h取肺组织行病理学检查及测其湿干重比、MDA含量。结果 再灌注后Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组右房血白细胞 /左房血白细胞比值显著低于Ⅰ组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与Ⅰ组比较 ,再灌注后Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组Ⅳ组肺组织的湿干重比及丙二醛 (MDA)含量均明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肺组织病理改变减轻。结论 天普洛安对低温保存的兔肺有保护作用
Objective To investigate the protective effects of terpulluran (UTI) on lung in lung transplantation. Methods The model of lung transplantation in rabbits was established and divided into control group (group Ⅰ, n = 6), pre-ischemic 30 min UU 60 000 U / kg group (group Ⅱ, n = 6), pre-ischemic 30 min UTI 120 000 U kg / kg group (group Ⅲ, n = 6). UTI1 20 000 U / kg group (n = 6) was administrated 30 min before ischemia and at the beginning of reperfusion. Left and right hilar left and right hilar were closed for 30 minutes. Blood counts were taken from left and right atrium, and lungs were taken before ischemia and 2h after reperfusion for histopathological examination and wet to dry weight ratio , MDA content. Results After reperfusion, the ratio of right atrial white blood cell (leukocyte to left leukocyte) in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ (P <0.05); Compared with group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, Ⅲ The wet-to-dry weight ratio and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) of lung tissue were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the pathological changes of lung tissue were alleviated.
