目的 考察中药制首乌 (RadixPolygoniMultifloriPreparata)中磷脂类化学成分。方法 应用硅胶 ,Sephadex柱层析对制首乌正丁醇萃取部分中化学成分进行分离纯化 ,应用理化常数测定和光谱 (IR ,MS ,1H NMR ,13C NMR ,2D NMR)分析技术鉴定结构。结果 分离并鉴定了 2个磷脂类单体化合物 :Ⅰ 1 O 正十八烷酰 2 O Δ4′ ,7′ 正十二碳二烯酰 3 O 磷脂酸 O β D 葡萄糖苷 (1 O stearoyl 2 O Δ4′,7′ dodecenoyl 3 O phosphatidicacid O β D glucoside) ,Ⅱ 1 O 正十八烷酰 2 O Δ4′,7′ 正十二碳二烯酰 3 O 磷脂酸 O (6″ O α D 葡萄糖 ) β D 葡萄糖苷 [1 O stearoyl 2 O Δ4′ ,7′ dodecenoyl 3 phosphatidicacid O (6″ O α D glucose) β D glu coside]。结论 Ⅰ ,Ⅱ均为新化合物
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of phospholipids in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata. Methods The chemical constituents of n-butanol extracted from Shouwu were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex column chromatography. The structures were determined by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR). Results Two phospholipid monomeric compounds were isolated and identified: I 1 O n-octadecanoyl 2 O Δ4′, 7′-n-dodecadienyl 3 O phosphatidic acid O β D glucoside (1 O stearoyl 2 O) Δ4′,7′ dodecenoyl 3 O phosphatidicacid O β D glucoside), II 1 O n-octadecanoyl 2 O Δ4′,7′-dodecadienyl 3 O phosphatidic acid O (6′′ O α D glucose) β D glucoside [1 O stearoyl 2 O Δ4′, 7′ dodecenoyl 3 phosphatidicacid O (6′′ O α D glucose) β D glu coside]. Conclusions I and II are new compounds
