在我国传统用药“中草药”的鉴别和分类上常产生一些混乱现象,为了给药用植物的工作者和研究人员提供更确切的鉴别依据和参考,我们继已陆续发表的50种药用植物染色体后,又继续对9个科10个种的药物进行了细胞学上的研究,主要进行染色体计数,其中有四种的数目变异较大。材料和方法实验所用材料主要为我室引种栽培的植物,实验采用改良苯酚品红根尖压片法制备染色体标本,封片,照像。 (凭证标本及制片均保存于新疆医学院药学系中草药学教研室。)
In the identification and classification of traditional Chinese medicine “Chinese herbal medicine” in our country, there are often some confusions. In order to provide more accurate identification basis and reference for the workers and researchers of drug delivery plants, we have successively published 50 kinds of medicinal plant chromosomes. Afterwards, they continued to perform cytological studies on 10 families of medicines in 9 families. Chromosomal counts were mainly performed, among which four species had large variations in numbers. Materials and Methods The materials used in the experiment were mainly plants introduced and cultivated in our laboratory. The samples were prepared by modified phenol pink root tip compression method to prepare chromosome specimens, seals, and photos. (Voucher specimens and productions are kept in the Department of Chinese Herbal Medicine, Department of Pharmacy, Xinjiang Medical College.)
