提起培训师,很多人都对这个名词很陌生,但对工程师、会计师、建筑师等都很熟悉。这是因为,在我国还很少有人引用培训师的概念,只有少数专家在研究、提倡,且也是近几年的事。在国外,培训师的概念已应用多年,培训师队伍的建设已是比较成熟。2001年北京市评出的十大培训师,有些就是在英国等一些国家考取的培训师证书。近一两年,中国职工教育和职业培训协会曾同德国、加拿大、日本和英国等国的培训专家进行了多次探讨,并派人前往学习考察,还组织国内有关人员对培训师的建设问题进行了讨论、探讨,引起了大家的关注。为推进培训师事业在中国的发展,我们组织这次讲座,一方面是对关注培训师事业发展的同志给予回应,另一方面是通过讲座的形式,对培训师的发展做一些探讨和尝试。当然,重要的是推进培训师事业在我国的发展和壮大,以保证我国培训事业的健康发展。

In order to promote the development of trainer in China, we organize this lecture on the one hand, to respond to the comrades who pay attention to the development of trainer, on the other hand, to make some discussions and attempts to the development of trainer by means of lectures. Of course, it is important to promote the development and expansion of the trainer’s cause in our country in order to ensure the healthy development of the training cause in our country.
