信用问题是目前制约C2C电子商务发展和应用的最为棘手的问题。为了对参与C2C电子商务的主体的信用状况作出科学的评估,以通用的商业银行个人信用评估体系为参考,结合影响C2C电子商务的主要因素,设计一套符合当前C2C商务模式特点的评估指标体系以及一个基于AHP方法的用于评估C2C电子商务交易主体信用状况的模型;给出计算交易主体信用度的计算公式及评估信用度的量表;最后结合实例验证该评估体系的可行性。
The credit problem is the most difficult issue currently restricting the development and application of C2C e-commerce. In order to make a scientific assessment on the credit status of the main participants in C2C e-commerce, taking the universal commercial bank’s personal credit rating system as a reference and combining with the main factors affecting C2C e-commerce, we design a set of evaluation index system which is in line with the current C2C business model And a model based on AHP for evaluating the credit status of C2C e-commerce transactions. The paper also gives the formula for calculating the credit rating of the transaction participants and the scale of credit rating. Finally, the feasibility of this evaluation system is verified by an example.
