当前我国医患关系持续紧张,医患矛盾十分突出,各种医闹事件屡有发生,严重影响了医疗服务市场的正常秩序。但我国尚没有一部完整的医事法,部分医疗行为没有法律规范,医疗法律比较零散,当医患之间发生纠纷后缺少判断正误的的依据。因此笔者认为建立一部完整医事法是立法领域的当务之急。 At present, the relationship between doctors and patients in our country continues to be tense and the contradiction between doctors and patients is very prominent. Various medical and surgical incidents have occurred frequently, seriously affecting the normal order of the medical service market. However, there is not a complete medical law in our country. Some medical practices have no legal norms and the medical laws are fragmented. When there is a dispute between doctors and patients, there is a lack of basis for judging the right and wrong. Therefore, I believe that the establishment of a complete medical law is the top priority in the field of legislation.
