应用电镜及免疫电镜的方法,对牛磺胆酸盐诱导的大鼠急性胰腺炎早期病变进行了研究。结果发现胰腺实质坏死与腺细胞内部特殊空泡的形成有关。观察到酶原颗粒分解转化成空泡的动态过程。腺细胞内可同时有多个空泡形成、多数分布在酶原颗粒之间。空泡内含大量絮状物质,免疫电镜标记α淀粉酶证实为胰腺消化酶,可导致空泡周围细胞器的分解破坏。说明腺细胞坏死的直接原因是酶原颗粒内消化酶原被激活所致。由
