为切实加强中小学班主任队伍建设,推动班主任工作理论和方法的创新,提高全省中小学班主任队伍的业务和理论水平,省教育厅决定举办第九届全省中小学班主任优秀工作案例征集活动。一、征集内容本届征集活动以“特殊家庭学生的教育与管理”为主题。主要涵盖帮助学生解决心理问题,对学生的心理辅导;对特情学生的宽容理解,教育策略上的循序善诱;在思想上、生活上和学习上给予他们特殊关爱,激发他们对学习和生活的热情,做好对特殊家庭学生学习生活和管理工作的重要途径和手段等。要求语言精练,生动清晰,内容健康向上,富有时代特征,切忌“感想体会式”的空泛议论;要运用有关最新教育理论,结合案例进行细致分析和深入剖析,提出具有指导性和操作性的教育策略。
