从物理改性和化学改性两个方面综述了目前芳纶常规表面改性方法,并分析了这些表面改性方法原理、现状和优缺点;另外详细阐述了把改性后的芳纶用在胶管、胶带、输送带、传动带、轮胎以及其它常见橡胶制品中,通过试验数据说明了改性后的芳纶能显著提高橡胶制品多方面的性能。并预示了随着对芳纶纤维应用研究的深入,芳纶表面改性及其在橡胶制品中广阔的应用前景。
The methods of conventional surface modification of aramid were reviewed from two aspects of physical modification and chemical modification. The principle, current situation, advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. In addition, the modified aramid was used in detail Hose, tape, conveyor belts, belts, tires and other common rubber products, the experimental data show that the modified aramid fiber can significantly improve the performance of various aspects of rubber products. It also indicates that with the application of aramid fibers, the surface modification of aramid fiber and its broad application prospects in rubber products are forecasted.
