采用CM SephadexG5 0和SP SephadexG5 0两次柱层析 ,从江西眼镜蛇毒中分离提纯得到电泳纯的神经毒素 ,它对大鼠膈神经膈肌标本及清醒家兔具有典型的箭毒样作用 ,小鼠sc的LD50 为 5 3μg/kg ,等电点为 pH8 8,相对分子质量为 6 80 0～ 70 0 0 ,氨基酸组成与台湾眼镜蛇毒神经毒素Cobrotoxin非常相似
Using CM Sephadex G50 and SP Sephadex G50 twice column chromatography, the electrophoretical pure neurotoxin was isolated and purified from the cobra venom of Jiangxi Province. It had typical arrow-like effects on rat phrenic nerve diaphragm muscles and awake rabbits. Sc has an LD50 of 5 3μg/kg, an isoelectric point of pH8 8, and a relative molecular weight of 680-700. Its amino acid composition is very similar to Cobrotoxin, a neurotoxin of the cobra venom of Taiwan.
