良知概念源出于孟子,经王阳明提炼改造为心之本体,其灵昭明觉贯通凡圣,而现实人生中,良知又为私欲、妄念等蒙蔽,故需致良知之功夫。这种本觉、不觉与始觉的模式,同样出现在如来藏佛教思想中。由《如来藏经》滥觞,经《胜鬘经》发展,完整构建于《大乘起信论》,给予中国佛教深刻影响。此模式,贯通儒释,谓为广义中国哲学的内核。
The concept source of conscience is derived from Mencius and transformed by Wang Yangming into an ontological body of the heart. The spirit of Zhao Ming penetrating through the Holy Spirit. However, in real life, the conscience is blinded by selfish desires and delusions and so requires the effort of conscience. This pattern of the present, imperceptible, and beginning-of-mind patterns also appears in the Tathagatagarbha Buddhist thought. From “Tathagatagarbha” originated from “Sutra,” the development of “Sutra,” built entirely in the “Mahayana letter of faith”, giving Chinese Buddhism a profound impact. This model, through Confucianism and Buddhism, is the core of Chinese philosophy in a broad sense.
