固相微萃取是一种具有高灵敏度、回收率和重复性等优点的前处理技术,广泛应用于水中痕量污染物的处理。本文从固相微萃取装置、基本原理及其在水样污染物检测的中应用展开介绍,并以固相微萃取作为主题检索词,利用ISI Web of Knowledge中Web of Science引文数据库,对1998年到2012年间的相关文献进行计量分析。检索分析结果表明,固相微萃取主要应用于水样前处理,杀虫剂和多环芳香烃是主要的富集对象,气相、液相色谱及质谱是常使用的检测仪器。
Solid-phase microextraction is a pretreatment technique with high sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility. It is widely used in the treatment of trace contaminants in water. In this paper, the solid phase microextraction device, the basic principle and its application in the detection of water pollutants are introduced, and the solid phase microextraction as the thematic search terms, the use of ISI Web of Knowledge Web of Science citation database, 1998 2012 to the relevant literature for econometric analysis. The results of search and analysis showed that SPE was mainly applied to the pretreatment of water samples. Pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were the main enrichment targets. Gas, liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry were often used as detection instruments.
