近20年来,药剂学发展突飞猛进,制剂不仅在数量、品种上有大幅度增加,而且在质量、剂型的提高更新方面也有很大的进展。 一、医药产业的科技势力现状与国内外差距 国际上将各国医药产业的技术实力划为四类即四个层次: 第一类 具有系统的创制能力,不断开发新的专利产品,主导国际医药市场、拥有国际医药业享有名望的大公司,它们研究创制上市的新药占世界总数的95％,医药工业年产值占世界总值的85％左右。 第二类 创制开发新药能力不强,但具有相当的吸收仿制技术能力和原料药生产规模,我国基本属于此类国家。
