MC1596是一种四象限双差分单片集成“变跨导”模拟乘法器,其主要功能是实现两个信号的相乘运算.当MC1596的一输入端加有载波开关信号;另一输入端加有调制信号时,其输出信号正比于输入调制信号与开关信号之乘积.由于MC1596本身具有很强的载波抑制能力,故可保证其输出信号与载波信号大小无关.因此在开关信号持续时间内,MC1596的输出信号仅取决于调制信号幅度,从而实现对输入信号的采样或调制,如图1所示.由于MC1596内部采用双端输出电路,在高速运行状态下必须考虑后级运放的响应速率.LH0024是高增益,高速宽带运算放大器,具有500V/μS的转换速率,70MHz的单位增益带宽且负载能力较大,在图2所示电路中,LH0024作为一个增益可调的基本差动运算放大器.

In the circuit shown in Figure 2, LH0024 as a gain-adjustable basic differential op amp .
