随着改革开放的逐步深化,国家在经济建设中迫切要求搞活大中型工业企业,提高企业的经济效益。因此,如何在管理过程中有效的调动作为企业系统主要构成要素的人的积极性就成为管理的一个重要问题。目前,企业界及企业管理理论工作者已开始重视人的管理问题,提出了各种各样有价值的管理理论及模式。在这些理论及模式中,较多提出的是以人为中心(本)的管理理论。这种提法肯定了人在管理系统中的主导地位,肯定了管理应当以人为中心,也体现了管理的主要问题。但是,在有关实践及文献中提出的以人为中心的管理理论还有许多模糊不清、甚至是错误的概念需要进一步探讨和研究。本文拟从系统的观点出发,对有关问题加以探讨和研究、提出一些看法,抛砖引玉。
With the gradual deepening of the reform and opening up, the state urgently requires invigorating large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in their economic construction so as to increase their economic benefits. Therefore, how to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of people who are the main components of the enterprise system in the management process has become an important issue of management. At present, the business community and enterprise management theory workers have begun to attach importance to human management issues, put forward a variety of valuable management theories and models. Among these theories and models, many put forward the management theory of people-centered (this). This formulation confirms the dominant position of human beings in the management system, confirms that management should be people-centered and embodies the major problems of management. However, there are many ambiguous and even erroneous concepts of human-centered management theory put forward in practice and literature which need further exploration and research. This article from the system point of view, the relevant issues to be discussed and studied, put forward some views, initiate.
