尊重幼儿个体差异,进行有针对性的引导,是《纲要》《指南》对每一位幼儿教师组织教育活动的明确要求。因此,在幼儿园运动区活动的组织中,教师除了在活动前提供不同层次的运动器材以适应幼儿的个体差异外,在运动过程中还要关注儿童性格差异、能力差异、性别差异对运动状态的影响,并及时对材料、运动规则、引导策略进行调整,从而帮助幼儿建立心理上的安全感和自由感,真正实现自主、积极地运动、游戏,锻炼提升体能。
