目的探讨中性粒细胞与白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和运动性哮喘(EIA)的关系。方法2001-05-15—2005-12-19分别测定广东省佛山市第一人民医院呼吸内科EIA患者、非EIA患者和正常对照者运动前后周围血中性粒细胞超氧阴离子以及血浆和诱导痰中的IL-8,并进行比较分析。结果运动前EIA组与非EIA组中性粒细胞超氧阴离子略高于对照组,但差异无显著性,血浆及诱导痰中IL-8和MDA均高于对照组,其两组本身差异无显著性意义,但分别与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。运动后(1)周围血中性粒细胞超氧阴离子水平EIA组与非EIA组较运动前均有明显提高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),正常对照组无明显变化。(2)血浆及诱导痰中IL-8、MDA水平EIA组、非EIA组和正常对照组均高于运动前,EIA组、非EIA组各自与运动前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),正常对照组与运动前比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论中性粒细胞产生的氧自由基与白细胞介素-8在运动性哮喘的发生中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophils and interleukin-8 (IL-8) and exercise-induced asthma (EIA). Methods 2001-05-15-2005-12-19 were measured in Guangdong Province First People’s Hospital of Respiratory Medicine EIA patients, non-EIA patients and normal control before and after exercise, peripheral blood neutrophil superoxide anion and plasma and induced sputum In the IL-8, and comparative analysis. Results Before exercise, the levels of neutrophil superoxide anion in EIA group and non-EIA group were slightly higher than those in control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The levels of IL-8 and MDA in plasma and induced sputum were higher than those in control group Significant significance, but compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). After exercise (1), the level of superoxide anion in peripheral blood neutrophils was significantly increased in EIA group and non-EIA group compared with that before exercise (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference in normal control group. (2) Levels of IL-8 and MDA in plasma and induced sputum were significantly higher in EIA group, non-EIA group and normal control group than before exercise group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the normal control group and before exercise (P> 0.05). Conclusion Neutrophils produce oxygen free radicals and interleukin -8 play an important role in the development of exercise-induced asthma.
