目的:探讨异常黑胆质载体动物模型免疫器官超微结构的变化。方法:选用ICR小鼠,在阴凉环境下,采用干寒性饲料饲养、慢性电击等多因素复合建立维吾尔医学异常黑胆质载体动物模型,透射电镜观察其脾脏、胸腺的变化。结果:脾脏、胸腺部分淋巴细胞呈现凋亡细胞改变。上皮性网状细胞线粒体空泡变。结论:异常黑胆质与免疫功能紊乱有关。
Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of immune organs in animal models of abnormal savda. Methods: ICR mice were used to establish the animal model of Uighur Abnormal Savda under the conditions of cold and dry feeding and chronic electric shock. The changes of spleen and thymus were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: Some lymphocytes in spleen and thymus showed apoptotic changes. Epithelial reticular cell mitochondrial vacuolar change. Conclusion: Abnormal Savda is related to immune dysfunction.
