人肝肿瘤细胞株 Hep G2可应用于体外遗传毒理学试验等多种研究。但其培养难度较大 ,通过对 Hep G2细胞在不同培养条件下生长状态的对比 ,探讨了 Hep G2细胞培养增殖的最佳条件。结果表明在下列情况下细胞能顺利传代生长 :复苏时需 2 0 %胎牛血清 ,接种密度为 1× 10 4/ cm2 ,需在含 5 % CO2 环境下 ;培养时需 10 %胎牛血清 ,可在无 5 % CO2环境下
