钾离子浓度、氢离子浓度和温度是影响表面肌电变化的三大重要外周因素,但是影响的程度还不清楚,通过分别测试记录蟾蜍腓肠肌不同氢离子、钾离子浓度和温度干预下的表面肌电的变化,初步确定这三个外周因素的影响程度,进一步阐明表面肌电变化的外周机理。研究结果显示H+浓度显著增加可以使MF下降,IEMG值增加,K+浓度增加或减少都可以显著地影响表面肌电的变化,是影响表面肌电变化的主要因素,而温度变化对表面肌电影响很小。
