目的 :为了探讨人体在不同运动状态下血中自由基和有关抗氧化酶的变化。方法 :采用跑台提供运动负荷 ,对48名少年进行安静、亚极量负荷和极量负荷下血中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH -Px)、谷胱甘肽S -转移酶(GST)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的测定。结果 :发现5项指标均有显著性变化。结论 :提示运动对机体自由基代谢和抗氧化酶具有明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the changes of free radicals and antioxidative enzymes in human blood under different exercise conditions. Methods: The treadmill was used to provide the exercise load. 48 adolescents were subjected to tranquilization, sub-maximal load and hyperbaric load of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxides GSH-Px), glutathione S-transferase (GST), and xanthine oxidase (XOD). Results: Five indicators were found to have significant changes. Conclusion: It is suggested that exercise has a significant effect on the free radical metabolism and antioxidant enzymes in the body.
