从江西老区的实际出发,振兴老区的卫生事业,同振兴老区的各项建设事业一样,解决人才问题仍然是当务之急。目前江西老区医疗卫生战线面临专业人才奇缺的突出问题。其主要表现是经过正规学校系统培训的医学专业人才分不来,也留不住。据我们对江西省乐安县老区的调查,全县卫生队伍有670人,占全县总人口之比为2.57‰,比例并不算低,问题是素质差。五、六十年代分配到该县的大专毕业生早已是技术骨干,他们中有半数是外县
From the reality of the old districts of Jiangxi, the revitalization of the old district’s health undertakings is the same as that of the various construction projects in the revitalization of the old districts. Resolving talent issues remains an urgent task. At present, the medical health front in the old district of Jiangxi is facing the outstanding problem of shortage of professionals. Its main performance is that the medical professionals trained in the formal school system can’t get in or get stuck. According to our survey of the old district of Le’an County in Jiangxi Province, there are 670 health teams in the county, and the ratio of the total population in the county is 2.57‰. The ratio is not low, and the problem is poor quality. The college graduates assigned to the county in the 1950s and 1960s were technical backbones, and half of them were outside the county.
