高职院校学生管理工作中采用考核反馈机制是高职学生管理的一条有效途径。本文根据高职院校学生特点,由高职院校的培养目标出发,阐述了如何在学生管理工作中建立考核反馈机制,并分阶段介绍了考核反馈机制的运行,同时提出了在考核反馈机制的建立与运行过程中需要注意的事项。在高职院校学生管理工作中考核反馈机制的建立和健康运行,必将为高职院校培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的高等技能型人才发挥积极作用。
