目的:研究喉癌癌周毛细淋巴管的超微结构特点与颈淋巴转移的关系。方法:采用透射电镜技术对8例正常喉喉黏膜组织及12例喉癌癌周毛细淋巴管的超微结构特点进行了观察和比较。结果:癌周毛细淋巴管较正常喉组织显著扩张,有大量的内皮细胞连接开放,基膜缺乏更加严重,部分毛细淋巴管内皮细胞被破坏,甚至完全断裂。结论:癌周毛细淋巴管的超微结构特点是喉癌经淋巴道转移的重要因素,因而为进一步探讨喉癌颈淋巴结转移的机制以及防治提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the relationship between ultrastructural features of lymphatic capillaries and cervical lymphatic metastasis in laryngeal cancer. Methods: The ultrastructural characteristics of pericarcarian lymphatic vessels in 8 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa and 12 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were observed and compared by transmission electron microscopy. Results: Pericardial capillary lymphatic vessels were significantly expanded compared with normal laryngeal tissues, with a large number of endothelial cells connected and open, the lack of basement membrane was more serious. Some lymphatic endothelial cells were destroyed or even completely ruptured. CONCLUSION: The ultrastructure of capillary lymphatic vessels around the pericarcinoma is an important factor in the lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal cancer, which provides a theoretical basis for further study of the mechanism of cervical lymph node metastasis and prevention and treatment.
