目的探讨对肩关节损伤患者选择低场强磁共振方法完成疾病诊断后获得的临床效果。方法 36例X线初检并结合CT检查最终结果为阴性的肩关节损伤患者作为研究对象,临床对其展开低场强磁共振检查,对检查效果进行分析。结果本次研究的肩关节损伤患者通过实施X线平片初诊后,全部做CT检查,最终检测报告全部显示为阴性,但是表现出显著的临床症状,临床对患者展开低场强磁共振检查干预。最终发现所有患者中,骨挫伤10例,关节盂软骨损伤5例,关节积液12例,其余患者检查结果为阴性。结论对肩关节损伤患者的基本情况加以了解后,在实施低场强磁共振检查的过程中,表现出可以多方位成像以及软组织分辨率较高等系列优点,其针对患者的肩关节骨质情况以及患者的软组织结构情况可以进行有效了解,于肩关节损伤疾病诊断过程中,表现出显著的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of selecting low field strength magnetic resonance (MR) method for the diagnosis of patients with shoulder joint injury. Methods 36 cases of primary X-ray examination combined with CT examination of patients with negative end result of shoulder joint injury were selected as the research object. Low-field MR examination was performed clinically, and the examination results were analyzed. Results The patients with shoulder joint injury in this study all performed CT examination after performing X-ray plain film examination. All the final test reports showed negative results, but they showed significant clinical symptoms. Clinical low-field magnetic resonance examination . All patients were eventually found in 10 cases of bone contusion, 5 cases of joint glenoid injury, joint effusion in 12 cases, the remaining patients were negative test results. Conclusions After understanding the basic situation of patients with shoulder joint injury, during the implementation of low-field MR examination, it shows the advantages of multi-orientation imaging and high resolution of soft tissue. According to the patients’ The patient’s soft tissue structure can be effectively understood, in the diagnosis of shoulder injury disease, showed significant value.
