由于油田含水量上升、油井结蜡严重等原因,使得抽油机井管杆偏磨问题日益凸显出来,目前,为解决该问题,主要以加装抽油杆扶正器的方法来避免抽油杆和油管的直接接触,达到防止管杆偏磨的目的。但由于抽油泵与油管连接处的变径原因,柱塞上第一根抽油杆上不能安装扶正器,因此导致泵口处成为管、杆偏磨的严重区。针对该问题,研制了抽油机井泵口扶正装置,以达到减缓泵口偏磨、延长检泵周期的目的。

In response to this problem, developed a pumping well pump port righting device, in order to slow down the pump partial wear and prolong the purpose of the pump cycle.
