码率控制作为图像编码系统中的重要组成部分,得到了很多科研人员的深入研究.由德国HHI研究所开发的H.264编解码软件JM是常用的视频算法研究平台[1][2],而理解其代码是开展下一步工作的前提.文章对JM19.0所使用的码率控制算法进行了分析并结合源代码相关函数进行了说明.最后,给出了相关函数的流程图.
