目的总结外伤乳糜胸的诊断及治疗经验。方法对6例外伤乳糜胸的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果从创伤至乳糜胸的诊断时间3～15d,全部病例均经保守治疗,均治愈,平均治愈时间9d。结论创伤乳糜胸早期常表现为淡血性胸液,乳糜液的量及性状与患者的饮食有关,胸液外观常不典型。外伤乳糜胸可经保治疗治愈,避免开胸手术。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of traumatic chylothorax. Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of traumatic chylothorax were retrospectively analyzed. Results From the traumatic to chylothorax diagnosis time 3 ~ 15d, all cases were conservative treatment, were cured, the average healing time 9d. Conclusions Traumatic chylothorax often manifests itself in the form of pale bloody thoracic fluid. The amount and characteristics of chylous fluid are related to the diet of patients. The appearance of pleural effusion is often not typical. Trauma chylothorax can be cured by cure, to avoid thoracotomy.
