基于管理学团队理论,对中医方剂与团队的概念,以及团队效能与方剂量效关系进行了初步的探索研究。提出复方就是团队,方剂构成要素也可以应用团队的5P要素,即目标、人、定位、权限、计划进行分析。中医方剂量效关系可以运用团体效能理论来衡量,其中团队规模、领导力、团队结构与团队合作是主要的考察点。团队规模与绩效之间的倒U曲线在阐释方剂量效关系方面有借鉴意义。
Based on the theory of management team, the concept of prescription and team of Chinese medicine, and the relationship between team effectiveness and prescription dose-effect were explored. Proposed compound is the team, prescription components can also apply the team’s 5P elements, namely, goals, people, positioning, authority, plan for analysis. The dose-effect relationship of TCM prescriptions can be measured by the theory of group effectiveness. The team size, leadership, team structure and teamwork are the main points of investigation. The inverse U-curve between team size and performance can be used as a reference in explaining the dose-effect relationship of prescriptions.
