针对深井开采时的风流高温问题,对具有代表性的顾桥煤矿高温致热源进行了全方位的分析。提出了相关的高温防治措施,有开采技术措施以及分区集中制冷、冷凝热地面排放降温系统,对该降温系统进行了详细的介绍,对比分析了降温措施取得的效果。结果表明,采取降温措施可降低井下局部区域风流温度4~5℃,改善了工作环境,提高了工作效率,降低了事故的发生率,保障了煤矿的安全生产。
Aiming at the problem of high temperature of wind flow during deep well mining, a comprehensive analysis of the high temperature pyrolysis heat source of Guqiao coal mine is carried out. The relevant high temperature prevention and control measures are put forward. There are mining technical measures as well as cooling and condensing ground cooling system for centralized cooling system. The cooling system is introduced in detail. The cooling effect is compared and analyzed. The results show that cooling measures can be taken to reduce the wind temperature 4 ~ 5 ℃ in the underground area, improve the working environment, improve work efficiency, reduce the accident rate and ensure the safe production of coal mines.
