使用CVD涂层对9Cr18不锈轴承钢的摩擦磨损性能和流动接触疲劳性能进行了对比试验,试验结果表明:9Cr18不锈轴承钢经CVD多层沉积TIC-TiCn…TiN后,相对耐磨性提高22倍,摩擦系数降低至0.15,滚动接触疲劳寿命明显的提高,额定寿命L10提高4倍,中值寿命L50提高2倍以上,寿命离散性也小。附图12幅,表2个,参考文献5篇。
The friction and wear properties and flow contact fatigue properties of 9Cr18 stainless steel bearing were tested by using CVD coating. The results show that the relative wear resistance of 9Cr18 stainless steel increases with the deposition of TIC-TiCn ... TiN 22 times, the friction coefficient is reduced to 0.15, rolling contact fatigue life significantly improved, rated life of L10 increased 4 times, median life of L50 increased more than 2 times, life expectancy is also small.
