掷标枪是通过助跑和交叉投掷步,使标枪产生一定的预先速度,然后利用身体肌肉的爆发力和鞭打用力技术将标枪掷出的一项体育运动。影响掷标枪成绩因素很多,其中爆发力和柔韧素质是影响掷标枪成绩的两大主要核心因素。柔韧性素质指在运动过程中,人体的肌肉和关节进行最大幅度运动的能力.柔韧素质训练对于增加投掷动作幅度和肌肉群的弹性势能有积极作用,良好的柔韧性对于加长肌肉收缩用力前的初长度和投掷用力幅度,较好地完成“满弓”等动作技术是十分有利的。爆发力的产生主要来自于肌肉纤维的主动收缩和肌肉中结缔组织如肌腱筋膜贮存的弹性势能。PNF能够充分拉伸肌肉和结缔组织增加关节的活动范围,有可能增加整个肌肉的初长度从而增加弹性势能存在明显的作用。由于目前关于PNF对力量的研究存在着一些争议,因此对PNF进行改良,研究改良后的PNF是否对掷标枪成绩有显著的影响,以便为该项目提供一种可行的赛前准备活动手段。
