本文叙述了QA19-4铝铁青铜的热处理强化,与铝合金、铍青铜等一般有色金属不同,前者主要靠淬火得到马氏体型的β′相以提高强度,后者主要靠淬火后过饱和α固溶体的脱溶时效强化以提高强度。文中介绍了热处理工艺、成份、改锻与β′相的关系,从而找到了较为理想的热处理工艺。并对符合YB 458-71标准的QA19-4铝铁青铜含铝量,提出一些建议。
This paper describes the QA19-4 aluminum bronze heat treatment strengthening, and aluminum, beryllium bronze and other non-ferrous metals in general, the former mainly by quenching the martensite-type β ’phase to increase strength, the latter mainly by quenching supersaturation α De-dissolution solid solution aging strengthening to improve strength. In this paper, the relationship between heat treatment process, composition, change forging and β ’phase is introduced, so as to find the ideal heat treatment process. And to meet the standard YB 458-71 QA19-4 aluminum bronze aluminum content, put forward some suggestions.
