以2-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸钠(R-盐)为原料,制备2,3-二羟基萘3,然后在不同溶剂中以3合成二萘并-18-冠-6和萘并-15-冠-5。采用异戊醇或二甲基亚砜作溶剂,可大大缩短反应时间。
2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene 3 was prepared from sodium 2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonate (R-salt) and then synthesized in 3 different solvents as dinaphtho-18-crown-6 and Naphthalene-15-crown-5. With isoamyl alcohol or dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent, can greatly shorten the reaction time.
