陕西价格改革近年来取得了重大成就。市场形成价格机制基本建立,价格调控取得新进展,价格监管迈出新步伐,价格法制工作再上新台阶,价格服务功能进一步拓展和强化。这些无疑为推进陕西市场化进程,促进经济结构调整和陕西经济持续、快速、健康发展做出了重要贡献。但也应看到,陕西在价格监管和价格形成机制方面还存在一些突出问题,概括地讲,主要表现在以下几个方面:
Shaanxi price reform has made great achievements in recent years. The formation of the market price mechanism has been basically established, new progress has been made in price regulation and control, price control has taken a new step, the price legal system has reached a new level, and the price service function has been further expanded and strengthened. These undoubtedly made an important contribution to advancing the process of marketization in Shaanxi, promoting the readjustment of the economic structure and making sustained, rapid and healthy economic development in Shaanxi. However, it should also be noted that there are still some prominent problems in Shaanxi’s price regulation and price formation mechanism. In a nutshell, they are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
