目的建立卷烟滤嘴中砷的高压消解-氢化物-原子荧光光度测定方法。方法卷烟滤嘴经高压消解及优化实验条件后,用原子荧光光度法测定其中的砷含量。结果实验表明,方法在0~20μg/L浓度范围内线性相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.021 1μg/L,加标回收率在86.6%~103.4%之间,方法精密度(RSD)小于5%。结论该法具有简便、灵敏、准确等特点,适合于卷烟滤嘴中砷含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in cigarette filters by high pressure digestion - hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The cigarette filter was subjected to high pressure digestion and optimized experimental conditions to determine the arsenic content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The experimental results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997 in the range of 0 ~ 20μg / L, the detection limit was 0.021 1μg / L, the recoveries were in the range of 86.6% ~ 103.4%, the RSD was less than 5 %. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, suitable for the determination of arsenic in cigarette filters.
